Did you know every year Black History Month has a theme associated? According to the Association for the Study of African American Life and History (asalh.org), this year’s theme for Black History Month is Black Resistance, showcasing African Americans who have resisted historic and ongoing oppression, by advocating for change.

Join us as we share in this theme and focus on Black Resistance within Higher Education and hear from our own AACRAO community with Past President Adrienne Kellum McDay, Dr. Tina DeNeen, and Whitney N. West and their efforts for change.
