In a rapidly changing world with increased demands for military service members, the U.S. Naval Community College (USNCC) was created in order to provide world-class, naval-relevant, education to enlisted Navy, Marine Corp, and Coast Guardsmen in order
to advance our nation’s warfighting advantage and enhance the operational readiness of globally deployed force. With the creation of the USNCC comes the challenge of starting a community college from scratch.
