  • August 18, 2023: 1:00 - 2:00 PM EDT - AACRAO Staff Open Office Hours for Session Reviewers
  • August 25, 2023: 1:00 - 2:00 PM EDT - AACRAO Staff Open Office Hours for Session Reviewers
  • August 31, 2023: 2:00 - 3:00 PM EDT - AACRAO Staff Open Office Hours for Session Reviewers
  • September 8, 2023: 1:00 - 2:00 PM EDT - AACRAO Staff Open Office Hours for Session Reviewers
  • October 2, 2023 - Call for Proposals for the 109th AACRAO Annual Meeting Closes (extended from September 15)
  • October 16, 2023 - Deadline for PACs to review session proposals
  • October 19, 2023 - Deadline for PAC Chairs to submit session ranking to the Program Committee
  • October 26, 2023 - Proposals winners notified
  • December 4, 2023 - Deadline for proposal winners to confirm their intent to present at the 109th AACRAO Annual Meeting
  • December 15, 2023 - Best of the Best Nominations open
  • January 15, 2024 - Best of Best Winners notified
  • late January 2024 (date TBA) - Webinar for Presenters selected for the 109th AACRAO Annual Meeting
  • April 7 - 10, 2024 - 109th AACRAO Annual Meeting held at the Greater Columbus Convention Center
