AACRAO will host a two-day interactive workshop in conjunction with the Technology Conference on identity management (IdM) for college and university registrars and their information technology colleagues. The workshop will explore multi-institutional strategies for identity management on college campuses and help set its future direction. Among the topics to be covered are:

• External and internal drivers for IdM
• Examples of successful campus infrastructures and federations
• Relevant federal and industry standards
• Relationship between the registrar and IT in facilitating IdM
• Policy development and governance
