Stanley E. Henderson
"The Core Concepts of SEM: Four-Year Institutions"

Stanley E. Henderson is Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management and Student Life at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Henderson was AACRAO's first Vice President for Enrollment Management, Admissions, and Financial Aid and was a co-developer of the Strategic Enrollment Management Conference. He served on AACRAO's Board of Directors for six years and was President from 1995-96. Henderson is Chair of the Planning Committee for AACRAO's 2010 Centennial, and in 2007, he received AACRAO's Distinguished Service Award.

Shani Lenore-Jenkins

Shani Lenore-Jenkins is currently the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment at Maryville University where she previously served as the Director of Undergraduate Admission. She is also the founder of College Prep Connect, an organization dedicated to addressing the needs of college-bound students and their parents, focusing on early awareness college preparation for low-income and first-generation students.

Christine Kerlin
"The Core Concepts of SEM: Two-Year Institutions"
Christine Kerlin is currently the Vice President for Strategic Planning and the University Center of North Puget Sound at Everett Community College, Washington. She is active in AACRAO, Past President of PACRAO, and Past Chair of NAFSA Region One. Kerlin also serves as a consultant with AACRAO Consulting (AC), and is currently serving on AACRAO's Governance Task Force.

Wendy Kilgore

Wendy Kilgore is Dean of Enrollment Services for the Colorado Community College System. Her wide-ranging experience includes recruitment, admissions processing, financial aid, academic advising, student records management, systems implementation, business practice improvements, and building system-wide collaboration to support enrollment efforts.

Stefanie Ivan is Associate Vice President Student Services at Grant MacEwan College in Edmonton, Alberta. She has contributed to her profession as President of the Western Association of Registrars of the Universities & Colleges of Canada (WARUCC (2006-2009) and as the Western Representative on the Association of Registrars of the Universities & Colleges of Canada (ARUCC 2006-2008).

Åsa Kachan is Assistant Vice-President Enrolment Management & Registrar at Dalhousie University. In this role, she is responsible for strategic direction and oversight of all the activities related to Undergraduate Recruitment, Admissions, Registration, Scholarships and Financial Aid, Examinations, Student Records, Convocation, and the Student Information System. Under her leadership, undergraduate Dalhousie's intake has grown steadily since 2004/05 in line with the University's Enrolment Plan. Kachan is a key member of Dalhousie's Enrolment Management Steering Committee as well as the Student Services leadership team. She was a member of Dalhousie's ‘Removing the Red Tape' committee honoured nationally in 2007 for its innovative approach to removing administrative barriers to student satisfaction and success. Prior to Dalhousie, Kachan served as Director of Admissions and Registrar at the University of Saskatchewan.

Watson Scott Swail
"Get ‘R Done: Utilizing an Empirical-Based Framework to Improve Student Retention and Graduation Rates at Your Campus"

Watson Scott Swail is the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Educational Policy Institute, a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to policy-based research on educational opportunity for all students. Dr. Swail serves on a number of national advisory committees, including technical review panels for the major U.S. longitudinal and cross-sectional surveys sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education, National Center for Education Statistics. He has recently conducted projects for the Canada Millennium Scholarship Program related to postsecondary access in Canada.
