Presenter Registration Policy
All presenters are expected to register for the Annual Meeting.
Member presenters are required to pay for meeting registration. AACRAO may provide a complimentary one day registration or discounted meeting registration for nonmember presenters. Pre-approval must be obtained from the President-Elect and Executive Director.
Corporate presenters (member and nonmember) are expected to pay for their registrations if not using a complimentary registration included with their exhibit fees.
The Executive Director and President-elect jointly decide on requests for exceptions, taking into consideration what is in the best interest of the association.
Corporate Presentation Policy
Individuals employed by organizations offering goods and services to institutions of higher education, may not serve as presenters in Annual Meeting sessions, except through the Corporate Presentation category.

All corporations will be required to pay a fee to offer these presentations. The Annual Meeting's Professional Development Sessions offered by professionals from educational institutions are not available to corporate presenters, unless given a waiver by the Executive Director, who may impose an appropriate fee even if this waiver is given.
