Exhibit at the AACRAO Annual Meeting

Exciting Exhibitor Benefits:

Corporate Partners receive two (2) complimentary full conference registrations and three (3) exhibit-only passes per 10’x10’ booth.
Non-Partners receive one (1) complimentary full conference registration and three (3) exhibit-only passes per 10’x10’ booth.
Listing of company name in AACRAO Annual Meeting registration promotional piece (if exhibit space is purchased by October 31, 2006).
Listing of company name, address, telephone, fax, email, URL, and up to 50-word company description in the Pocket Program to be distributed on-site (if exhibit space is purchased before March 3, 2006).
Online listing with hyperlink to your web site and on AACRAO’s real time floor plan and exhibitor list on the exhibit hall floorplan.
One electronic list of pre-registered attendees to be distributed in March 2006 (excluding phone and email).
One electronic full attendee list to be distributed two weeks after the Annual Meeting (excluding phone and email).
An Opening Reception for attendees and several refreshment breaks held inside the exhibit hall.

Corporate Presentations

You are in the spotlight! Showcase your company’s products and service to member that can drive revenue to your bottom line. Companies can choose from on of three options:

During one of ten session time slots
During the corporate Showcase on Tuesday, April 18
Combined Option of both for a reduced price

The Corporate Showcase provides non-competing hours dedicated exclusively to the exhibit hall and corporate presentations. Please complete and return the Corporate Presentation Contract (.pdf).

Corporate Presenter Policy: Individuals employed with other organizations offering goods and services to colleges and universities may not serve as presenters in sessions, except through the Corporate Presentation Category.

User Groups

User groups are available at the annual meeting at $700 for Corporate Partners and $1,400 for all other companies. Organize a user group at the Annual Meeting and receive:

Two hours of meeting space
Free publicity to AACRAO members and attendees
Acknowledgment in the Meeting Program and on the AACRAO Web site.
LCD projector in all rooms; microphones in room with capacity of 60 or more.
