How to download AACRAO Engage & the SEM 2017 guide

  • From desktop: Enter your phone number; a text will be sent to your mobile for download
  • From mobile: Tap the Download button to get the free app (available through Apple, Google, Amazon, or Blackberry app store on your device)
  • Click Open to access the Strategic & Enrollment Management Conference 2017 guide
  • The guide is also available for viewing on a desktop

    Log in to the guide to access the best features, including News Feed, Attendee Check-in, and Messaging. If you have a Preset Schedule, you will need to log in to see your assigned sessions in the My Schedule menu item.

    Tap the icon in the top-right corner of the app screen to sign up or log in to your account. It is recommended (not required) that you log in to the app for a more customized experience.

    Key Features

    If you choose to log in, you can check in as a Participant and see who else is there! Tap on the Participants feature in the main menu. At the bottom of the screen, tap to check-in. You will now be listed and visible to other Participants. (If you choose not to log in and check in, you will not be shown in the Participant list.) Tap on a Participant's name to view their profile. At the bottom of the screen, tap to connect!

    The News Feed is a great place to see what’s going on at the event! Read announcements, post pictures, find popular sessions, and have discussions with fellow participants all in one place.

    You can find everything you need to know about sessions in the Schedule. Tap on the dates at the top of the screen to navigate through the schedule. Tap on a session name to get more details, including schedule tracks, core competencies, presentation PowerPoints, speaker information, and session evaluations.

    **Note on Presentation PowerPoints: If speaker(s) provided a copy of their session PowerPoint, it will be listed under PDFS within the session details. If it is not listed, the speaker may have chosen not to publicly share their presentation or the presentation was submitted after their scheduled session. All submitted presentations will be available within the app by noon on Friday, November 3.

    (To ensure your custom schedule is saved, you must log in.) Create your own custom schedule by tapping Add to my schedule or the plus sign  symbol from sessions in the Schedule. If you have a Preset Schedule, be sure to log in and tap My Schedule to see your assigned sessions here!
