The Higher Education Opportunity Act (Public Law 110-315) (HEOA) was enacted on August 14, 2008, and reauthorizes the Higher Education Act of 1965. As many institutions have discovered, this re-authorization has brought with it even greater levels of accountability and compliance expectations for the higher education community. This session will highlight one registrar office’s experience with meeting these new expectations.
