Conference Rate: The special conference rate is $149 plus tax single/double.
There is an optional daily resort fee of $25 plus tax.  This fee includes high speed internet and wireless internet access in your guestroom, unlimited local and dometic long distance calls, complimentary self-parking, daily fitness activities at Hashani Spa, guided morning hike, complimentary child's meal for dinner at Signature Grill (12 and under only, limit of 2 kids per paying adult), 15% off all gift and clothing purchases at the Resort Hashani and Golf shops, unlimited use of golf driving range with complimentary Callaway Clubs, and two bottled waters delivered with turndown service.

This is a limited block of rooms and availability cannot be guaranteed.  Early reservations are recommended.

Deadline for Cancellations:
For a full refund, reservations must be canceled three working days prior to your arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.  If a cancellation occurs after this deadline, a processing fee of one nights’ room and tax will be imposed on each reservation cancelled.  

Early Departure Fee:
In the event a guest checks out prior to the reserved check-out date, the hotel will charge an early check-out fee.  To avoid the fee, advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in departure date.

  • On-site parking: $10 daily
  • Valet parking: $20 daily (with in and out privileges)
  • Complimentary off-site parking

Dining Options

Get on the bus!!  Join your colleagues for dinner in downtown Tucson.  For $25 round-trip fare, you can take an air-conditioned executive motor coach from the JW Marriott Starr Pass into downtown Tucson.  The motor coach will drop you off at a central location, where you can dine at your leisure and explore the city.  The coach will then pick you up at the designated location and return you to the hotel.  Round-trip taxi fare is around $40 for this same trip. Shuttles will operate on a continuous loop from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with the last shuttle leaving downtown at 9:30 PM. 

Advanced ticket purchase is required and reservations are suggested for the restaurant of your choice. Each person is responsible for his/her own meal and drink expenses. Simply select this ticket during your registration or if you have already registered, call (866) 229-3691 to add it.
