"So, Just What is Transfer When Alternative Microcredentials and Their Providers Move In?"
Dr. Clifford Adelman will address the following questions and issues during the closing session:

1) The role of migration and migration theory in distinguishing formal transfer from multi-institutional attendance.

2) How do new providers of micro-credentials and pieces of credentials enter the transfer world and at what levels?

3) How, in fact, do we judge transfer when at least one party has no physical place, but rather a digital place or places?

4) How do we judge transfer in a digital world without borders?

5) How much do we know about which type of institutions accept what microcredentials as portions of degrees, and with what metrics? What are the sources of this information (if any)?

6) What do we have to do to fill in this portrait and answer its basic questions?
