As a participant, you will be provided with an in-depth discussion of the changes to FERPA and also be given an explanation of why those changes were made and what the changes mean for your campus. This workshop is presented by LeRoy Rooker, the nation’s leading authority on FERPA, who directed the Department of Education’s effort in issuing the new regulations.
