A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village The rate is $159 plus tax single/double. Daily scheduled round trip transportation will be provided by the hotels to and from the Orlando World Center Marriott (Meeting Location), about 5 minutes away.

Deadline for Cancellations:
For a full refund, reservations must be canceled three working days prior to your arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. If a cancellation occurs after this deadline, a processing fee of one nights' room and tax will be imposed on each reservation cancelled.
Early Departure Fee:
In the event a guest checks out prior to the reserved check-out date, the hotel will charge an early check-out fee. To avoid the fee, advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in departure date.
