How long is a webinar?
Each webinar is roughly 60 minutes, with a 45-50 minute presentation and a 10-15 minute question and answer session.

How long can I access the webinar?
You are able to access the webinar for 30 days after your registration. During this time period, your institution is able to view the webinar as many times as you wish at your convenience.

For the Virtual Annual Meeting, you are able to access the sessions for six months after your registration. Your institution is able to view the sessions as many times as you wish at your convenience.

My institution is a member of AACRAO. How do I make sure that I am charged the member rate?
You will need to register for the webinar with the email address of your AACRAO primary contact in order to be charged the member fee.

Do you take credit cards or payment orders?
We accept all credit cards for webinar registration. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment orders. If you are unable to use your institution’s credit card, we advise you to use a personal credit card and be credited back the purchase through your accounting services.

How do I access the webinars after registration?
After confirmation of your registration and payment, you will receive two emails. One email contains the receipt of your purchase, and the other email contains instructions to view the webinar. You may be prompted to input your name, email, and institution for verification.

I missed the live webinar. Will I be able to watch this at another time?
Yes. After the live webinar, an archive will be made of the recording. Archiving may take about a week (at which time the webinar will be offline), but will be back online once archived.

What do I need in order to view the webinar?
You will need a working internet connection, Adobe Flash, and the latest Adobe Connect Add-in installed on your computer to view the sessions. You can test your system and download the required elements if necessary.
