Aside from being known as the City of Brotherly Love, did you know that Philadelphia is also the “City of Murals?” A mural tour in the world's largest outdoor art gallery provides a window into the heart and soul of the city. Philadelphia’s murals have been recognized by the New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, and many other news sources.

Mural tour routes in Philadelphia include North, West, South, Center City, Broad Street, Germantown, or a combo route.  You can experience the beauty of the murals plus feel good about it—proceeds from mural tours help revitalize over 100 communities each year and support Mural Arts’ Restorative Justice Program (program emphasizes re-entry, reclamation of civic spaces, and the use of art to give voice to people who have consistently felt disconnected from society) and Arts Education Program (free art education for 2,000 students each year).  For more information on Mural Arts, the tours offered, and the programs the organization supports, please visit http://muralarts.org/tour
