Presenter and Facilitator Guidelines

AACRAO's Annual Meeting is the premier professional development opportunity for our members. Participants can can play an active role in the success of the meeting by presenting a session or by serving as a session facilitator. The specific responsibilities of program participants are outlined below.

Present at the Annual Meeting

The Call for Proposals for each Annual Meeting opens in February or March of the preceding year. Once you are selected as a presenter at the meeting, you will be notified of your acceptance by the Annual Meeting Program Committee. Volunteer to be a Facilitator

Give back to the association by volunteering to be a session facilitator. You can play a valuable role with minimal time commitment. As a facilitator, you work with presenters to help make sure that their session runs smoothly. An added perk is that you can avoid long registration lines and register quickly at the presenter/facilitator check-in.
