The Department of Education launched a web site dedicated to the 1999 negotiated rulemaking process under Title IV of the Higher Education Act. The page contains background information on the negotiations; links to the relevant statutes, Federal Register notices, and other sites; committee protocols, participants, and meeting summaries; Department contacts; and the negotiation schedule.
