- Letter in support of the Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors or "DREAM" Act 7/1/09
- Letter in response to the Department of Education's May 26, 2009 Federal Register notice announcing the establishment of one or more negotiated rulemaking committees to prepare proposed regulations under Title IV of the Higher Education Act 6/22/09
