Governance Task Force

On March 6, 2009, then President Paul Wiley announced the creation of the Task Force on Association Governance. The primary charge of the task force is -- to examine all aspects of the Association's governance structures, and recommend changes, as necessary, to ensure effective and accountable governance.

One of the methods by which the task force will keep the membership informed about its work is this Web site. It is our goal to provide the membership with up-to-date information about our work, deliberations and recommendations. We intend for the Web site to serve as the primary vehicle for this very important aspect of our work. To that end, we encourage your comments, suggestions and recommendations regarding our task and the site.
